Ice Production Lead

  Key Responsibilities Ice Production (Primary Responsibility) Lead daily ice machine operations  Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot ice production equipment  Supervise and coordinate a small team during ice runs  Perform start-up, shut-down, and routine operational checks  Identify faults and escalate issues as required  Ensure safety, quality, and hygiene standards are consistently met  Complete production and shift reporting    Skills & Experience Mechanical or technical aptitude (experience with machinery highly regarded)  Experience leading or supervising a small team  Ability to troubleshoot and identify mechanical issues  Strong safety focus and attention to detail  Good communication and organisational skills  Willingness to be trained and take ownership of ice production    Desirable Background in manufacturing, food production, or cold storage environments    What We Offer Role with a clear focus on ice production leadership  Structured training to become the site ice machine subject-matter lead  Stable work environment with consistent production focus  Opportunity to build technical and operational experience    Who This Role Suits This role suits someone who: Wants to lead production operations  Enjoys hands-on work with machinery  Is comfortable guiding a small team  Takes ownership and accountability for output and performance   Work Type  Part Time – 32 hours  Monday – Thursday availability is required.
