Associate Director of Culinary Operations SHIFT: Sunday - Thursday (6:00am - 4:00pm) FULLY ONSITE ROLE Factor a brand of HelloFresh is seeking an Associate Director, Culinary Operations.  The Associate Director of Culinary is a dynamic leader overseeing all chef success and advising activities, providing strategic vision, and directing culinary operations.

In this key leadership role, the candidate will lead cross-functional teams, ensuring the highest standards of culinary execution, quality, and operational efficiency. With a strong background in culinary arts, strategic thinking, and management skills, the successful candidate contributes to strategic planning and offers broad administrative direction for overall operational excellence.

You will … Lead and inspire a dynamic culinary team, providing guidance and mentorship to chefs and staff members. Contribute to the strategic planning process, offering insights and expertise to enhance culinary operations and overall organizational success. Oversee the execution of culinary activities, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of quality, innovation, and operational efficiency.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment. Evaluate and improve culinary processes, implementing best practices to optimize performance and enhance the overall dining experience. Provide broad administrative direction, shaping the vision for culinary activities and playing a key role in the planning, implementing, and evaluating of operations.

Proven collaboration and communication skills, working effectively with cross-functional teams.
