Senior Staff Software Engineer, Information Verticals, DeepMind

In this role you will be responsible for leading the overall quality across several different Gemini Application features and for leading the technical direction for the entire team. You will be building new features in the Gemini product, focused on information seeking verticals like Search, Maps, Shopping and News. You’ll lead prototyping work of new Large Language Model (LLM) applications, guide design and implementation of evaluation metrics, collection of evaluation data and analysis of model responses, and conduct prompt engineering reviews with the team in order to ship high-quality features to our users.
