Five9 is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our high-performing Talent Acquisition team in India. In this key role, you will lead hiring for both technical and non-technical roles in our growing India operations, acting as a trusted advisor and partner to hiring managers.

We are looking for a recruiter with corporate experience, ideally in the tech sector, who thrives in fast-paced environments, brings a collaborative mindset, and is passionate about delivering an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers alike. This position reports to the Manager, Talent Acquisition and is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Source, attract, and engage top talent while building strong talent pipelines for future needs. Build trusted, long-term relationships with hiring managers and provide guidance on hiring best practices. Develop strategic job plans and advise managers on sourcing strategies.

Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Support regional recruitment initiatives and lead pre-onboarding activities for new hires. Recommend process improvements, new sourcing strategies, and tools to enhance recruitment efficiency.

Requirements

Experience: 5+ years in recruitment, preferably within technology companies, with full-cycle recruiting expertise. Proven success in sourcing, hiring, and closing top talent efficiently. Strong relationship-building skills with candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams. Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) for global collaboration.

Ability to work flexibly to interact with US-based teams and across multiple time zones. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of prioritizing multiple tasks. Ability to improve workflows, implement better processes, and lead recruitment initiatives. Collaborative, proactive, and a team player.
