We celebrate diversity and foster an inclusive environment, empowering our employees to be their authentic selves. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning and Development Partner to join our growing team. This individual will design and deliver impactful global learning experiences, manage and optimize learning systems and compliance programs, and enable employees and managers to effectively engage in their development through accessible, high-quality learning solutions.   Responsibilities:   Learning Content & Program Delivery   Design, develop, and curate onboarding and ongoing learning content, including e-learning (Articulate 360), microlearning, presentations, and resources aligned to business needs.   Coordinate and deliver new-hire onboarding and orientation sessions, including logistics, scheduling, global calendars, and content updates.  Support learning programs end-to-end, including project coordination, communications, surveys, and continuous improvement based on learner feedback and effectiveness metrics.   Learning Systems, Compliance & Analytics   Support administration of the Learning Hub (LMS/LXP), including system configuration, content management, data integrity, integrations, and vendor coordination.  Administer and track mandatory compliance training, ensuring timely completion, accurate records, audit readiness, and alignment with Legal, Compliance, and HR requirements.  Assist in maintaining dashboards and reports to measure learning participation, effectiveness, and compliance, translating data into actionable insights.   Learner Enablement & Support   Guide users in accessing plans and role-based pathways, providing guidance on navigating learning platforms and curated content and increasing adoption.  Support learners and escalate complex issuesfor employee inquiries, managing support tickets, troubleshooting issues, and partnering with HR, IT, and vendors for resolution.  Develop and maintain self-service resources (FAQs, job aids, knowledge articles) to improve learner experience and reduce support volume.  Qualifications:   Bachelor’s degree preferred required   2+ years of HR or Learning and Development experience   Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal   Solid understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and training delivery techniques  Experience with learning management systems (LMS), learning experience systems (LXPs), and e-learning platforms such as Articulate 360 or others  Strong attention-to-detail, resourcefulness and drive for innovation   Exceptional time, resource management, and organizational skills   Ability to prioritize workload and act with appropriate urgency   Demonstrated ability to work successfully cross functionally  Able to follow guidance and escalate when needed   Calm appearance under pressure   Ability to brainstorm and contribute ideas   Company Benefits Company stocks Annual merit increase based on performance 15% night shift differential pay Paid Leave with Cash Conversion HMO with free dependents Retirement Plan Life Insurance While on work from home setup: Internet and meal allowance are provided Employee Assistance Program for mental and social well-being Government-mandated Benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, PagIBIG, 13th month pay, Solo parent leave, Special leave for women) Five9 embraces diversity and is committed to building a team that represents a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills.
