We are actively searching for an experienced Analyst to join Five9’s Strategic Finance function. In this role, you will work with a lean team to develop top and bottom-line financial projections, track key performance indicators, deliver ad hoc financial analyses, present critical recommendations to key stakeholders, lead investor relations internally and execute capital raising transactions.

This highly visible position is a fantastic opportunity to drive company-wide strategic initiatives, partner cross-functionally with other line-of-businesses and interact frequently with senior leaders, including Five9’s executive team. The ideal candidate takes ownership of their work, is deeply analytical, can succeed with a large degree of autonomy, thrives in a fast-paced environment and communicates exceptionally well.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain top and bottom-line financial forecasts, reporting of key metrics and ad hoc financial models Create deeply thoughtful analyses and presentations to communicate strategic recommendations to senior leadership Distill huge amounts of data into actionable insights and trends, updating management regularly on the health of the business Design, implement and track important financial and operating metrics, benchmarking performance against strategic goals Prepare materials for key stakeholders, including Five9’s executive team, Board of Directors and investors Partner cross-functionally with every line-of-business, including cloud ops, product, sales, marketing, professional services and customer support Execute on capital raising transactions from inception to close Drive finance-wide initiatives, including process improvement and automation Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting or a highly analytical field (i.e.
