Financial Analyst - FP&A

The ideal candidate is well-rounded with experience in corporate FP&A, budgeting and Accounting.

Responsibilities

Assist in preparation of budgets and forecasts of expenses. Monitor key trends, assumptions on headcount, capital expenditures and operating expenses Prepare monthly / quarterly budget vs. actual variance analysis Work closely with Accounting team in monthly close process to ensure timeliness and accuracy of entries Leverage Five9 financial systems to automate and scale current processes and reports Participate in new FP&A initiatives, including ad hoc analysis and process improvement Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting 2+ years of corporate financial planning and analysis experience (SaaS experience a plus) High analytical acumen and financial modeling skills Exceptional attention to detail Experience with planning systems such as Adaptive Insights / Host Analytics / Oracle Advanced Excel skills required BA or BS in Finance or Accounting required Detail oriented and systematic with a high level of accuracy Excellent verbal and written communication skills A team player with ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment Company Benefits Company stocks Annual merit increase based on performance 15% night shift differential pay Paid Leave with Cash Conversion HMO with free dependents Retirement Plan Life Insurance While on work from home setup: Internet and meal allowance are provided Employee Assistance Program for mental and social well-being Government-mandated Benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, PagIBIG, 13th month pay, Solo parent leave, Special leave for women) Five9 embraces diversity and is committed to building a team that represents a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills.
