Sustainability Manager

Role Purpose Act as ESW’s senior sustainability subject matter expert, shaping medium-term ESG direction and leading complex enterprise-wide initiatives. Provides strategic advice to Legal and senior leadership on sustainability risks, regulatory exposure, and performance improvement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Advisory Support development and refinement of ESW’s 3–5 year sustainability roadmap. Lead materiality assessments and ESG risk analysis in partnership with Legal. Advise on regulatory exposure and emerging sustainability legislation. Enterprise Programme Leadership Lead large-scale sustainability transformation initiatives.

Drive integration of ESG requirements into supply chain, product, and operational processes. Design and enhance ESG reporting frameworks and controls. Senior Stakeholder Influence Present updates and analysis to senior leadership. Support Board reporting (via Head of Legal). Serve as escalation point for complex client sustainability matters.

External & Regulatory Engagement Liaise with sustainability advisors and industry bodies. Track global ESG regulatory developments and assess implications for ESW. Experience 2 years’ ESG/sustainability experience. Deep knowledge of sustainability reporting and regulatory frameworks. Experience influencing senior leaders.
