Job Description

The Opportunity Our Delivery Managers own the day‑to‑day operational heartbeat of live ecommerce stores. You’ll be the client’s primary point of contact for operational requests, coordinating issue resolution and small changes, and orchestrating cross‑functional teams to deliver smooth events and reliable operations. You will also be accountable for projects tied to new features, new stores, and geo‑expansions, maintaining the overall program, aligning plans with Project Managers, and working closely with Product Owners on requirements.

Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for clients on all operational and day‑to‑day requests for live stores (issues, small change developments, store operations). Issue tracking and coordination of timely resolutions across internal teams; manage small changes from intake through delivery, keeping client updated throughout.

Be accountable for projects linked to new features, new stores, and geo‑expansions: maintain the project program, review/align Gantts with the Project Manager, assist with or directly present updates to client. Coordinate internal teams to plan and execute events and monitor “after‑purchase” activities (e.g., logistics, customer care), ensuring end‑to‑end operational readiness.

Act as the first escalation point for ongoing projects and day‑to‑day operations, ensuring transparent, proactive communication with stakeholders. Drive operational excellence in project management by focusing on quality of delivery, meeting timelines wherever possible, and ensuring transparency about any delays.

Requirements

Proven experience in delivery, operations, or project coordination within ecommerce or a similar digital environment, with strong client‑facing ownership of live operations. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple work streams, plan effectively, and keep stakeholders informed, up‑to‑date, and aligned. Hands‑on proficiency with issue and change tracking tools (e.g., Redmine, ADO, Jira) and coordinating across cross‑functional teams Strong program management skills and experience collaborating with Project Managers and Product Owners on requirements and delivery scope.

Excellent organization, communication, and problem‑solving skills; calm under pressure and proactive with escalations. A results‑driven, service‑oriented mindset focused on operational excellence, timely delivery, and clear transparency with clients. Operational excellence demonstrated through high quality of delivery, on‑time execution wherever possible, and transparent communication of delays.
