Essential Anesthesia Management is seeking a Chief CRNA to join our team at Rehoboth McKinley Christian Healthcare Services in Gallup, New Mexico. This is an exceptional job share opportunity for independent providers who value flexibility, autonomy, and leadership within a close-knit, rural hospital environment. Position Highlights: $312,000 annually (1099)  26 weeks of service annually in a job share model (typical rotation: one month on / one month off) 4-member CRNA-only team; 2 on site daily with shared call Off-site call with a 30-minute response time Case mix: General Surgery, Endoscopy, Orthopedics, plus limited GYN, Urology, and Podiatry No OB services currently at RMCHCS Approximately 100 cases per month Qualifications: Prior leadership experience or strong interest in a chief role preferred Comfortable practicing independently in a rural setting Board certified/eligible CRNA Providers who value schedule flexibility and teamwork encouraged to apply Contractor Perks: $312,000 1099 with 26 weeks off and additional earning potential during off weeks Paid malpractice + tail insurance Access to preferred group benefits partnerships Ongoing support from our experienced leadership team Why consider Gallup, NM?
