About The Role
This role sits at the center of the Dice sales business—translating strategy into execution, driving alignment across functions, and ensuring priorities turn into measurable outcomes. This is not a traditional project management role. It requires someone who can operate at both a strategic and tactical level, anticipate needs, and step in wherever the business requires Why we’re hiring for this role: Dice is at a critical point, with new leadership and a need to improve execution and alignment across the business.
This role will play a key part in accelerating progress, enabling the sales organization to operate effectively, and ensuring the company’s priorities translate into real results. This role is: A force multiplier for the SVP, Head of Sales and leadership team A driver of strategy execution, not just coordination A connector across functions, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks This role is not: A task tracker, administrative assistant, or meeting coordinator A siloed program owner with narrow scope A purely strategic or purely operational role—you will do both Once hired, you will: Drive Execution of Business Priorities Translate leadership strategy into clear, actionable plans across teams Establish and implement the processes, systems, and operating structures needed to deliver sales results Ensure initiatives move forward with urgency and accountability Own Business Rhythm & Operating Cadence Design and run core business rhythms (e.g., leadership meetings, planning cycles, QBRs) Bring structure, clarity, and visibility to priorities, performance, and risks Ensure leaders are aligned and focused on the highest-impact work Act as a Cross-Functional Integrator Work across Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and other functions to drive alignment and execution Support critical initiatives such as tool implementation, process design, operating cadence, and enabling team effectiveness Co-lead change management initiatives that drive meaningful long-term transformation Step into ambiguous situations and bring order, direction, and progress Identify Risks and Drive Resolution Develop a deep understanding of the business to proactively identify risks, gaps, and opportunities Surface issues early and propose actionable solutions before they escalate Remove blockers and ensure teams can execute effectively What you bring to the team: Proven ability to turn strategy into execution in complex, cross-functional environments Experience working closely with senior leadership and influencing without direct authority Strong operational instincts—you know how to build structure where it doesn’t exist Exceptional problem-solving skills with a bias toward action and results Ability to anticipate needs, identify risks early, and drive solutions independently Comfortable operating at all levels—from executives to individual contributors High ownership, low ego, and a reputation for getting things done Denver pay range: Base salary/pay per year, plus 10% annual bonus at 100% of plan targets tied to company and individual performance.
