Job Description
Manage a team of Inside Sales Account Executives who are responsible for closing sales over the phone. Manage a team of Account Executives to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual KPI targets. Develop and maintain monthly and quarterly team forecasts. Participate in hiring and interviewing process, as well as coach and develop a team of Account Executives.
Responsible for market development, setting targets, and ensuring that revenue is generated. Monitor sales performance: activity, pipelines, forecasts, and closed-deals to ensure quota attainment. Manage the sales funnel from lead to close and create metrics to improve performance. Drive lead penetration, high activity standards, and pipeline management.
Work cross-functionally with Marketing to maximize revenue growth. Has a driven sales mentality, that exercises judgment and interpretation across company procedures and policies to determine appropriate action. Requires in-depth knowledge of industry trends, of the organization’s products/services as well as business strategies and the company’s goals.
Manage the work efforts of supervisors and/or individual contributors with responsibility for hiring, firing, performance appraisals, and pay reviews. Typically requires 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 8 years and a Master’s degree.
