Lead Maintenance Technician   Job Type: Full-Time; Non-Exempt Shift:  M-F | 7:00am - 3:30pmStarting Pay Rate: $26.25/hrLocation:  Ravena, NY POSITION SUMMARY:   The Lead Maintenance Technician is responsible for a variety of duties related to Maintenance Operations. This position must utilize knowledge of mechanical, greenhouse and building maintenance to provide minimal down time of operations.

The position requires working knowledge of maintenance repair procedures, farm operations and marijuana compliance. The Lead will be responsible for assisting the Maintenance Supervisor with ensuring the safety, security, and maintenance of the facilities and capital assets of the Company. Duties include adherence to operating policies and procedures, assist the Maintenance Supervisor in planning, direction, and leading of projects and maintenance related to all buildings, equipment, and Curaleaf hard assets.     ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  Conduct regular inspections of the facility buildings to detect and resolve problems  Schedule repair activities and assign repair tasks to maintenance staff  Provide maintenance team with all tools and supplies  Coordinates timely inspections from outside vendors for, preventative maintenance or repair of electrical equipment and mechanical systems not serviced internally  Implement maintenance Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and review annually  Assist Supervisor with evaluation of repair cost estimates and present options to management  Produce weekly progress reports including employee tracking to Maintenance Supervisor  Maintain stocking equipment, filters, general use stock items and order before needed  Assist other departments as necessary throughout the facility  Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures and federal and state laws  Ensures company premises and facilities are kept clean, including maintenance of parking area, buildings (including restrooms), fences, general maintenance, and storage areas  Provide guidance to effected staff regarding ongoing maintenance activities within specific departments  Ensure bottled drinking water is provided in all areas  Perform other duties as assigned  Perform other duties as assigned.    QUALIFICATIONS:  To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
