Title: Associate Corporate Counsel Location: Scottsdale, AZ  Job Type: Full-Time, Exempt About the Role:  We are looking for a driven individual to serve as our Associate Corporate Counsel, reporting to the senior lawyer who heads up our commercial contracting function.

This is a role for someone energized by the opportunity to build or improve the end-to-end contracting process leveraging technology, while working on a large number of contracts to support all aspects of the company’s operations. We are looking for a corporate attorney to partner with and advise business teams on a variety of commercial contracts and legal issues.

The position represents an excellent opportunity to make substantial contributions to a dynamic business.
