As Cresco grows, we will operate with the same level of professionalism and precision in each new market we move in to. SCHEDULE Monday - Friday, 4:00pm - 12:30am JOB SUMMARY The 2nd shift Operations Manager is responsible for the performance of multiple departments within the facility.

More specifically, this position is directly responsible for the site’s 2nd shift Extraction, Processing, and Packaging departments.  The 2nd shift Operations Manager will report directly into the Facility Director and be directly accountable for driving consistent delivery of cross-departmental goals through key metrics such as schedule adherence and cycle time.

They will be responsible for promoting a culture of continuous improvement where employees and staff are empowered to elicit changes improving the company’s bottom line.  CORE JOB DUTIES  Ensure all 2nd shift departments meet daily, weekly and monthly targets through effective management and problem solving  Communicate daily schedules and tasks to department supervisors and/or leads  Conduct start-of-shift meetings with each department to communicate daily goals and delegate tasks  Partner with 1st shift Operations Manager to ensure clean hand-off between shifts  Actively evaluate performance of all 2nd shift team members and provide coaching as needed  Generate compliance labels  Communicate schedule progress and generate remediation plans if team is behind schedule  Act as point-of-contact for all safety-related issues, including adverse incidents, drills, emergency response, and reporting  Check weekly schedule to make sure all required elements (COA, product ID, etc.) are in place  Partner with QA to maintain adherence to all product specifications  Maintain accurate WIP and Finished Goods inventory counts  Evaluate labor hours needed and available to stay on schedule  Troubleshoot packaging and processing equipment  Partners with support departments (S&OP, Quality, Security, Safety, HR, and Compliance) to ensure facilities are maintained to state regulatory, OSHA, and Cresco quality and HR standards  Evaluates and implements new strategies to improve production efficiency  Leads meetings with the management team to discuss supply/demand, new projects, and upcoming information  Manages the overall welfare of the team through training, coaching, and leading by example  REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS   Associate’s or bachelor’s degree   Minimum of 3 years in Management with experience running large, complex cross-functional organizations  Experience in a warehouse or production setting with strict adherence to a GMP program; cannabis industry experience a plus  Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to provide clear direction, to manage and track progress, and communicate outcomes  Experience leading an organization in a highly regulated environment  Effective solutions-based attitude and team-focused management style  Strong ability to multitask and work through constant interruption in a fast-paced environment  Comfortable in a start-up environment- willingness and interest to roll up sleeves  Proven experience in creating systems and processes  Proficient in all Office Suites (Google, Microsoft Office) and ability to learn seed-to-sale tracking system  BENEFITS Cresco Labs is proud to offer eligible employees a robust offering of benefits including, major medical, dental and vision insurance, a 401(K)-match program, FSA/HSA programs, LTD/STD options, life insurance and AD&D.  We also offer eligible employees paid holidays and paid time off.  Other rewards may include annual discretionary bonuses, stock options as well as participation in our employee discount program.

Final offer details and future compensation may be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to, geographic location, market compensation data, skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
