With over 600,000+ successful outcomes, EarWell® is a proven, non-invasive treatment option for families.      Cranial Technologies is seeking a friendly and professional Human Resources Coordinator to join our HR department. The HR Coordinator role is a highly visible opportunity for an organized, ambitious, detail-oriented and self-motivated individual! Our ideal candidate is flexible, curious, resourceful and creative!   This person will respond quickly and with good judgment to a variety of situations and handles sensitive information in a professional manner, working with staff at all levels of the organization. The HR Coordinator will be primarily responsible for owning and coordinating the on boarding of new employees, off boarding employees, facilitating monthly trainings, employee engagement projects and activities, and other administrative duties that keep a Human Resources department running smoothly!   This position requires training in person and then shifts to a hybrid schedule of remote and in-office work. Candidates must be local to the Phoenix/Tempe metropolitan area to be considered.   Responsibilities: Coordinate all onboarding for new hires (i.e, set up in payroll system (UKG), send communications, prepare training schedules, coordinate travel, etc) Manage new hire documentation, background checks, and I-9s Facilitate offboarding, including documentation, system updates and equipment return Prepare training schedules and assign courses in LMS (Bridge LMS) Monitor compliance training and follow up as needed Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications (i.e., employee newsletter) Maintain employee records and support HR reporting Assist with other HR projects as needed    Job Requirements: 1-3 years of HR or administrative experience Ability to manage multiple priorities Friendly and professional personality Requires strong customer interaction skills and ability to resolve issues in a timely, professional, and positive manner. Demonstrates a serious commitment to accuracy and quality while meeting goals or deadlines. Makes effective decisions by analyzing information and considering priorities. Is attentive to the needs of management and employees - responds quickly and competently to requests.
