Your Impact

As a working student you will support the Workplace Experience team in ensuring a positive and well-organized workplace experience in the Berlin office, while assisting with selected global workplace initiatives.

The Role

provides hands-on operational support for daily office needs and helps create a welcoming, safe, and productive environment for employees. You will: Implement global workplace experience standards and programs in the Berlin office, under guidance from the Lead. Assist with day-to-day office operations, including facilities coordination and support with vendors (cleaning, security, catering, maintenance).

Help with administrative tasks related to workplace tools and services, such as travel coordination or external vendors. Support the upkeep of the office environment to ensure it is welcoming, functional, and aligned with workplace guidelines. Act as a first point of contact for basic workplace-related questions from employees and escalates topics when needed.

Assist in organizing local events, employee engagement activities, and internal meetings. Help manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory. Support onboarding and offboarding activities from a workplace perspective. Assist with health and safety documentation and compliance tasks, under supervision. Share observations and feedback with the Lead regarding employee experience and office operations.

What you need to succeed: Enrolled as a student (working student status required). Initial experience or strong interest in workplace experience, office management, hospitality, or people-focused services. A proactive, hands-on, and service-oriented mindset. Good communication skills and a friendly, professional approach when interacting with employees and vendors.

Ability to stay organized, manage multiple tasks, and work independently with guidance. Interest in creating a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace environment.

Nice To Have

Some experience working in a fast-paced environment, e.g., a startup, student project, or part-time job. Basic familiarity with workplace programs, employee engagement, or hospitality services. Interest in supporting daily office operations and working in a hybrid work environment. Enthusiasm for helping build community, organizing events, and supporting employee well-being initiatives.
