How you'll make an impact:
Cin7 is scaling fast and we're building the foundation of our outbound engine in North America. As a BDR, you’ll talk directly with founders and operators at modern brands like Liquid Death, Caraway, Tracksmith, and MrBeast, plus hundreds of fast-growing Shopify brands, Amazon sellers, and DTC startups across fitness, apparel, food & beverage, and consumer goods.
This is a high-volume, phone-first role. You’ll spend 3–4 hours/day on the phones, and what matters most is simple: you get energy from live conversations, you’re comfortable with volume, and you want to talk to founders/operators building real brands.
We care more about how you perform than what your resume says. If you’ve been successful in any phone-heavy role - recruiting, fundraising, appointment setting, customer success, collections, call center - we want to hear from you.
Recent grads and career changers from hospitality, retail, operations, teaching, athletics, and more are welcome if you’re ready to bring that grit into tech sales.
This is a hybrid, full-time position based in Denver, Colorado with 2–3 in-office days/week required.
