Reports To Senior Director, Business Intelligence & Proposals  What You Will Be Doing Utilize software tools to manipulate, validate, and update large datasets.  Manage the development process of dashboards including requirements gathering, development, testing, and delivery  Build, optimize, and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insights for leadership and business stakeholders.  Manage ticketing queue and support requests for ad-hoc data analysis  Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders and turn into actionable data sets  Set and manage KPIs for sales  Develop executive ready reporting and visualizations to provide easy to digest actions out of complex problems  Work closely with cross functional team(s) to ensure alignment with business requirements and understanding of project goals and timeline  Steward of data governance  Improve forecast modeling based on historical data  Ad hoc tasks and assignments  What You Will Bring to ChargePoint You have relevant IT/computer science/data analysis experience  You are skilled in and enjoy utilizing various software platforms to manage and make sense of data   You are self-motivated and able to effectively manage your time  You are a quick learner and can quickly absorb new information   You have the skill to put information in a detailed, logical, high-quality reports/graphs and can quickly identify and convey associated trends within the data  You are detail orientated and incorporate such skills into all your various work activities  You are disciplined in adhering to deliverable timelines   You have a strong ability to identify and fix data issues, ensuring accuracy and efficiency  You are a strategic thinker that looks beyond just going through the motions and can see the bigger picture and identify when outputs don’t make sense based on the broader context and may require additional investigation   A passion to electrify transportation   Requirements B.S. degree in an IT related field  3+ years of proficiency in data manipulation, e.g., SQL and Python  3+ years of experience building well-designed dashboards using Salesforce, Tableau, PowerBI, or similar software  Direct experience with Salesforce, Tableau, and Snowflake  Experience programming to extract, transform and clean large (multi-TB) data sets  Ability to deeply understand business customer needs and abstract them into data product requirements; has actively participated in the entire process of commercial product development from inception to scaling.  Excellent excel and presentation skills  Demonstrated experience in taking large amounts of data and developing reports to align with a set of pre-defined metrics  Exemplary analytical skills  Comfortable operating in a fast paced, ambiguous environment and able to independently drive clarity and execution.   Location India- Remote  We are committed to an inclusive and diverse team.
