Senior Specialist, Network Operations This role is for Internal Applicants only Position Overview: This individual contributor position is responsible for being the first point of contact for the Planning Team supporting the day-to-day business operations. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. What you’ll be doing Manage the day-to-day workload of Tickets within JIRA to maintain SLAs for all Carvana field operations to maintain execution.
Manage the day-to-day workload on proprietary exception reporting. Work Tickets/Exceptions as needed to Maintain SLAs and KPIs. First point of contact for questions and escalations from specialists as they arise. Mentor and assist in training new hires as they are onboarded with the team. Assist with continuous training of the team through quality assurance scorecarding.
Help maintain and improve the Planning Handbook with most updated SOPs. Delivers on special projects as assigned to improve Logistics KPIs. Managing and optimizing exceptions to the plan for all of fulfillment utilizing many different systems such as our internal TMSor inventory management. Performing root cause analysis for delivery exceptions.
Communicating accurate, clear findings through the Carvana Push Service and identify trends to communicate to leadership. What the Job Requires To be able to do your job at Carvana, there are some basic requirements we want to share with you. Bachelor’s degree is required. 1+ year in leadership experience 2+ years practical experience in supply chain Ability to effectively manage varying workload requirements; can shift gears comfortably, manage competing demands, delays or unexpected events.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both written and oral. Ability to build relationships with peers, management, and external vendors.
