About The Team

and position The Purchasing Specialist (Buyer, Procurement) will support procurement activity across the business. This individual  will identify and source business needs, perform data collection and analysis, assemble and publish reports and provide support to Category Managers and management. What you’ll be doing Recommend alternate product suggestions and sources based on requirements.

Process requisitions and execute purchase orders. Ownership and accountability for the entire purchase order (PO) procurement process to ensure efficient fulfillment. Identifying and executing on cost savings opportunities. Accurately and timely forecasting of IT needs, formulated with input from across the business. Review status of open requests and purchase orders and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Receive and execute ad-hoc requests. Produce reports as requested by the Procurement Team and internal customers/management. Help establish, maintain, and adhere to a procurement budget. What you should know/have Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or relevant field OR 2+ years experience in Procurement.    Experience with Coupa,  leading Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and/or dedicated e-procurement platforms.

Ability to communicate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.   Ability to be detail-oriented and ensure accuracy. Ability to follow-through on tasks in a timely manner. Ability to quickly adjust to changing priorities.  Ability to work with data and understand financial information.

Ability to navigate and understand situations and identify opportunities. Ability to work independently and in a team. Ability to organize workload efficiently to manage multiple initiatives and meet tight deadlines. Ability to problem solve effectively. Proficiency in SQL, MS Excel, and ERP systems.
