About The Team

and position We’re looking for a Service Attendant to join our growing team. You will support the service and sales teams by managing vehicle inventory flow and maintaining a professional environment for our customers.  You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring every task is completed with attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

What you’ll be doing Perform thorough interior and exterior vehicle cleaning and detailing to meet Carvana standards. Shuttle vehicles between locations or to local vendors for maintenance and repairs. Assist with staging vehicles for customer pickups and backhaul transports. Conduct daily inventory scans and maintain accurate records of vehicle status on the lot.

Monitor lot cleanliness and organization to ensure a safe and professional customer environment. Support the service team with basic tasks such as checking fluid levels or moving vehicles into service bays. What you should have A passion for high-quality work and keeping things neat and organized. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Strong communication skills and a positive, "all-in" attitude. Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends. A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Other requirements To be able to do your job at Carvana, there are some basic requirements we want to share with you. Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must have a valid driver's license. A clean driving record with no more than two moving violations or DUI’s in the last three years.

The physical environment requires the employee to work both inside and outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions. Will be required to use personal protective equipment to prevent exposure to hazardous materials. May be required to work overtime and weekends. Frequent standing and sitting with varying periods of each.

May at times require working different shifts. Lift up to 60 pounds frequently. Walk up to three miles each day. Of course, we’ll make any reasonable accommodations for those with disabilities to perform the essential functions of their jobs.
