  Business Development Representative – English-SpeakingLocation: Dublin, Ireland (Remote-based)About Axonius:Join the rocketship fueling Axonius' growth! As a Business Development Representative (SDR), you'll play a vital role in generating qualified leads, creating market awareness, and connecting with top prospects.

This is an exciting opportunity to launch your sales career while working alongside some of the most experienced professionals in the industry.

Responsibilities

Generate Qualified Leads: Proactively identify and qualify leads through strategic outbound campaigns (calls, emails, LinkedIn) in collaboration with Field Account Executives in the NORDIC-focused region. Execute Targeted Campaigns: Understand prospect needs and platform fit, scheduling discovery calls and demos. Prospect Research: Build and maintain targeted lists of key accounts and contacts.

Inbound Lead Management: Respond to and qualify inbound leads from demos, events, and marketing initiatives. Meeting Coordination: Schedule high-quality platform demonstrations for the sales team. Achieve Performance Goals: Meet and exceed performance metrics while maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications

Language Skills: Fluent in English; a second language aligned to EMEA is preferred (e.g., Dutch, Swedish, German) Experience: Minimum 2 years in a customer-facing sales role preferred SDR/BDR Experience: At least 1 year in a sales development or business development representative role preferred Driven & Curious: Passionate about sales and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment Strong Communication: Excellent qualifying, presentation, written, and verbal communication skills Relationship Builder: Comfortable engaging with customers, colleagues, and prospects Adaptable: Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Nice to Have: Experience in customer-facing sales or sales development roles (SDR, BDR, Telemarketing, or Recruitment) Knowledge of technology and the cybersecurity industry Familiarity with CRMs and outbound tools (e.g., Outreach), contact databases (e.g., ZoomInfo), and LinkedIn Sales Navigator #LI-Remote #LI-MD1  About Axonius:  Axonius transforms cyber asset intelligence into actionability.
