Software Developer Intern – Business Applications

This one-year Software Developer Internship provides an opportunity to develop technology and client service skills at a world class investment management firm. Key areas of technical focus will include application support and development, business analysis, requirements definition and project coordination. As a Software Developer Intern on the application team, your responsibilities will be diverse and commensurate with demonstrated proficiency and experience.

This year-round internship requires full-time in office hours during the summer of 2026 and 15-20 hours per week in the 2026-27 school year.

Responsibilities

The candidate is expected to: Assist with development and maintenance of custom-built applications and flows Support and help troubleshoot current applications and flows Additional responsibilities and projects will be assigned with demonstrated proficiency Qualifications The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess: Solid interpersonal and communication skills Firm commitment to customer service Creative thinking and problem-solving skills High level of energy and enthusiasm A result driven mentality Familiarity with some of the following technologies: Snowflake, Microsoft SQL, or DynamoDB Scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python Object oriented languages such as Java or C#.
