Investment Team Coordinator - Growth Team

The Investment Team Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Growth Team, our Milwaukee-based investment team.  The Growth Team manages $31 billion in assets across four investment strategies: Global Opportunities, Global Discovery, U.S. Mid-Cap Growth and U.S. Small-Cap Growth. This person must be well-organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task and collaborate.  Location: Milwaukee, WI Responsibilities The candidate can expect to:  Manage fluid individual and team calendars, anticipating changes and keeping team on schedule Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner Maintain a professional demeanor, using discretion as it relates to confidential or personal information Coordinate individually tailored international and domestic travel arrangements, including flight, hotel and appropriate ground transportation or other reservations associated with meeting or client activity Manage expense reports  Qualifications The successful candidate is self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to think on one’s feet.
