Position Summary We are looking for a Senior Analyst - FP&A(Financial Planning & Analysis) to join our Finance team. This role will report directly to the Director – Finance & Accounts and will be responsible for end-to-end financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analytics.

The individual will work closely with GTM leaders (Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success) to deliver business insights, support decision-making, and drive financial performance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of partnering with business stakeholders, strong analytical skills, and hands-on experience with FP&A tools.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with GTM leaders to provide financial support, performance analysis, and strategic insights. Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes; ensure accuracy and alignment with business objectives. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports, highlighting performance trends and risks.

Conduct variance analysis and present actionable recommendations to leadership. Develop and maintain financial models for scenario planning, investment decisions, and growth initiatives. Manage financial data integrity, reporting accuracy, and analytics across multiple systems. Drive continuous improvements in FP&A processes, reporting automation, and adoption of FP&A tools.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and strategic projects. Must Have Skills Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA/CA/CFA preferred. 5–7 years of relevant FP&A experience, ideally in a SaaS or technology product company. Proven business partnering experience with GTM functions and leaders.

Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis. Experience in data management and data analytics. Hands-on experience with FP&A tools (e.g.,Vena, Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, Hyperion, or similar). Advanced Excel and proficiency in visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong attention to detail, ability to handle multiple priorities, and deliver under tight deadlines. Why AppViewX?
