American Express Global Commercial Services (GCS) is the leading payment card issuer for corporations and small businesses with products and services to help them run and grow their business. The Analytics, Investments and Marketing Enablement (AIM) team—within Global Commercial Services Marketing (GCSM)—is the analytics engine powering Commercial customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

AIM develops insights, data products, and analytical solutions that shape smarter marketing and powerful digital experiences. This role sits within the Paid Media Analytics team, supporting strategy, analytics and optimization across platforms. The team partners closely with Marketing to drive advanced audience targeting, optimize media performance, and build the next generation of Paid Media capabilities using data, advanced analytics, and emerging AI.
