The Sr Assoc-Digital Product Management role is responsible for ensuring every automation is thoroughly tested, validated, and production-ready. This role is critical in maintaining operational stability and minimizing disruption as new and enhanced automations move into production. You’ll partner with Technology, Delivery, and Operations teams to perform end-to-end testing, validate production readiness requirements, and identify issues early in the lifecycle.

You’ll play a key role in maintaining quality standards that support both traditional automation models (BPMN, RPA) and emerging agentic capabilities.
