Our work spans campaign, social, product launch events, and product marketing. A Typical Day: Manage complex, multidisciplinary projects across all mediums Organize your team, document and create a production plan and lead your projects through the entire project lifecycle Work with the Executive Producer of Local Programs to create and review schedules and budgets.
You will clearly communicate any risks or watch outs to key stakeholders Because projects often require coordinating with the central team, our projects will span time zones and hemispheres, and therefore requires you to responsibly coordinate with everyone on the project's progress and deadlines Manage large-scale marketing initiatives with multiple work streams in a creative environment Advocate for the highest-level of craft across all output Find, source, and manage diverse production partners to support the work; educate stakeholders and agencies on process and guidelines for projects Manage and prioritize feedback from stakeholders as projects develop Manage teams of creatives, producers, developers, and more Look for ways to up-level our processes and strive to improve them Enable creatives with the tools and resources to do their best work by establishing/managing schedules, budgets, and partners Build meaningful XFN relationships Plan and execute integrated productions (e.g., film, photography, interactive design, animation, etc.).
Advocate diversity, equity, and inclusion across work, internal teams, and external partners Abide by Airbnb’s Core Values. Your Expertise: Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience helping lead global brand campaigns, preferably a mix of advertising agency, creative studio, and in-house experience. Proven track record of delivering large-scale, multi-platform experiences, campaigns, and productions and various outbound marketing mediums Experience working with design, content production (animation, motion graphics), photography and cross-team knowledge of business affairs, copywriting, art direction, design, and strategy Deeply capable with budget forecasting, resourcing, actualization and spend allocation at a project level Leading edge understanding of integrated production using mixed media channels including content, industrial design, and technology Expertise with production process and terminology; integrated global brand campaign experience Software: Airtable, Google Sheets, and basic knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative suite.

The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range shown below is annualized, is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits. United Kingdom Annual Pay Range£160,000—£200,000 GBP
