The Community You Will Join:  The Chief Business Officer organization plays a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth and expansion efforts worldwide. Our teammates work on commercializing Airbnb’s new and existing businesses, helping Airbnb expand beyond its core offering as a place to stay. This includes recruiting and developing Airbnb’s global supply of high-quality stays, Experiences, and services, and executing Airbnb’s global in market strategy.

The Difference You Will Make: The Business Analyst APAC reports to APAC Homes Director and is based in Singapore. As a Business Analyst, you will work within the Homes team supporting the growth of Airbnb in Asia Pacific.

The Business Analyst will be responsible for conducting data analysis, market research, and putting together memos and presentations to  support strategic decision making by creating such insights. S/he will have the possibility to learn and assume the responsibility of providing fundamental data insights to local market teams.

Our Analyst will gain a comprehensive understanding of how the different functions within the territory interact with each other, and have the opportunity to work cross functionally. A Typical Day: Conduct data-driven deep-dives on everything business related - supply, demand, conversion - to provide a clear understanding of marketplace performance at different levels Derive key conclusions and recommendations on how to address different problems, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement Produce reports and other forms of intel by leveraging external data sources to have a better understanding on both the market (size, growth, trends…) and our performance vs. the industry Respond to inquiries from internal stakeholders by providing high quality ad hoc data analysis and insights Work seamlessly with other teams on projects that require their support Act as a key contributor to the success of the team Contribute to key projects in APAC supporting the Director of Homes Your Expertise: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.

MBA is a plus +5 Years of experience in related functions.
