Get to know our team:  Agoda Homes – a core business line within Agoda – supports a wide range of non-hotel accommodation types, including serviced apartments, homes, private villas, farm stays, chalets, boats, and many more. While these accommodations were always available on Agoda, a changing market demands more focus on increasing supply and elevating their quality The Opportunity  Agoda Homes Operations team creates and supports processes, systems & tooling for direct supply growth through market teams. They also work closely with cross functional teams within Agoda to scale up global supply optimization projects and make sure partners have good experiences using Agoda Homes products. They continuously seek for opportunity to improve existing processes and create new initiatives  In This Role, You’ll Get To  Understand, optimize, and maintain our procedures, SOPs and systems to ensure efficient operation and troubleshoot any issues.  Become a subject matter expert in our extranet, API and CRM platform  Identify areas of inefficiently through process analysis and identify fixes through problem-solving utilizing data, internal systems and CRM tools (HubSpot)  Collaborate and assist team with project tasks to improve efficiencies between departments and markets  What You’ll Need To Succeed  Excellent problem solving and prioritization skills  Fluency in English is a must  Ability to communicate with multiple and varied stakeholders across the business  Adaptable to new technologies and quick learner  Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, multicultural environment  Strong problem solving and structuring skills  Intellectual curiosity, ability to learn fast  Strong attention to detail and ability to ask the right questions to ensure speed and accuracy  Excellent communication and presentation skills  Familiarity with working with Microsoft Excel   Would Be Preferred, But Not Required  Experience working in operational role is a big advantage  Experience with SQL  Experience with CRM tools, e.g. HubSpot  We Offer  Access to Agoda leading edge supply & data technology  Mentorship + various opportunities for advancement throughout the business  #Bangkok Discover more about working at Agoda Agoda Careers https://careersatagoda.com Facebook https://www.facebook.com/agodacareers/ LinkedIn https://www.linkedin.com/company/agoda YouTube https://www.youtube.com/agodalife   Equal Opportunity Employer  At Agoda, we pride ourselves on being a company represented by people of all different backgrounds and orientations.
