Sr. Computer Scientist - Experience Engineering

In this role, you will drive and orchestrate complex solutions bringing together our best in class creative & experience products, enabling millions of users worldwide. With a deep understanding of software development processes and a keen eye for detail, you will ensure flawless execution and deliver high-quality outcomes.

This role is ideal for a seasoned engineer with diverse experience and a passion for building scalable solutions. ### What you'll Do - Build and deploy personalized multi-channel journeys and experiences. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect and implement solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance. - Contribute to platform strategy and evolution, employing your understanding of design principles and industry standards. - Design, develop, and maintain tools, APIs and services that enable MarTech workflows, including integrations with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) ecosystem. - Drive best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment, ensuring robust and maintainable solutions. - Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and innovation. ### What you need to succeed - Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or comparable practical experience. - 10+ years of experience in software engineering. - Solid understanding of platform architecture or experience building platform-based solutions. - Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Cloud products or similar MarTech platforms is a huge plus. - Expertise in at least one programming language – Java, C++, React or similar. - Excellent problem-solving skills. - Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices. - Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
