Job Description
The Opportunity We are looking for a Technical Engineering Program Manager (P3) to drive execution of large-scale data and platform programs within the Adobe Unified Platform. This role requires a solid understanding of the data lifecycle, data platforms, and ETL/ELT ecosystems, along with the ability to deliver programs that drive measurable business impact. ## What You’ll Do - Drive end-to-end execution of programs, including planning, scheduling, and prioritization of deliverables - Track progress, manage risks/issues, and provide regular status reporting - Serve as the primary point of contact for program execution and coordination - Understand upstream and downstream data dependencies and ensure alignment across teams - Partner with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and QA to support delivery goals - Connect program breakthroughs to business outcomes and track progress against defined metrics - Identify risks early and work with teams to mitigate or resolve issues - Remove blockers and ensure smooth program execution - Support cross-functional communication and coordination to maintain alignment - Contribute to building and improving program management processes - Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams ## What You Need to Succeed - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) - 7+ years of program management experience in cloud or data platform environments - Strong understanding of data lifecycle, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data platforms - Familiarity with data concepts such as modeling, governance, quality, and lineage - Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum or similar) - Proficiency with tools like Jira and Confluence - Ability to define and track success metrics - Working knowledge of AI tools and data analysis for insights - Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills - Hard-working & self driven with a bias for action and ability to navigate ambiguity
