2. Teamwork

Question: Tell us about a time when you had to work closely with someone whose personality or style was very different from yours. How did you handle it?

Question: Can you give an example of a time when you had to deal with a conflict within your team?

Question: Describe a situation where you worked in a team and your ideas were challenged. How did you handle it?

3. Adaptability

Question: Can you describe a situation where you were asked to do something you had never done before? How did you react, and what did you learn?
