Question: Can you provide an example of a time when you had to collaborate with other teams or departments to achieve a common goal?

2. Problem-Solving

Question: Describe a situation where you identified a problem ahead of time and were able to prevent it.

Question: Can you tell us about a time when you had to solve a complex engineering problem? What was your approach?

Question: Tell us about a time when you made an error in your work. How did you handle it and what did you learn from it?

3. Leadership

Question: Can you provide an example of a situation where you took the lead on a project? What was the outcome?

Question: Describe an instance where you had to make a critical decision without all necessary information. How did you approach this?

Question: Have you ever had to motivate a team member who was not performing to their potential? How did you handle it?

4. Adaptability

Question: How do you adapt when a project does not go as planned? Can you provide an example?

Question: Share an instance when you had to learn a new technology or tool quickly for a project. How did you manage it?
