If you’re hungry, driven, and ready to build something massive, climb aboard.Requirements<ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>6+ years of experience in lifecycle, demand generation, CRM, or growth marketing roles — ideally in a B2B SaaS, AI, or technology company.</li><li>Proven success driving measurable results across lead nurturing, conversion, and customer retention programs.</li><li>Hands-on experience managing multi-channel campaigns across email, digital advertising, direct mail, SMS, in-app, and event channels.</li><li>Strong understanding of marketing funnels, lead scoring, and lifecycle stages — from awareness through retention.</li><li>Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms.</li><li>Comfort working with data, analytics, and attribution models to measure campaign performance and optimize ROI.</li><li>Skilled in segmentation, personalization, and testing frameworks (A/B and multivariate) to drive engagement and conversion.</li><li>Excellent copywriting and messaging skills tailored to each stage of the buyer journey.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales and other marketing teams to align lifecycle programs with business goals.</li><li>A track record of scaling campaigns through automation and system integration.</li><li>Willingness to work in person at our office 4 days a week </li></ul>Why JoinGrowth and impact.
