This contractor will work closely with the design team IRL (based in either our SF or NYC office) to create design assets across our marketing initiatives. There's a huge opportunity to help creators build the businesses of tomorrow, and we're positioned to build the defining solution.<h3>TLDR:</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>We’re looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to lead and own large parts of the product, from ideation to implementation</li><li>Balanced frontend (React) and backend (Python)</li><li>SF and NY offices are hybrid, 3 days in office!</li></ul><h3>About You:</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>You are proficient in Typescript to power our frontend React app. Familiarity with Firebase is a plus</li><li>Are strong with Python to power our backend. Familiarity with Flask is a plus</li><li>Possess a customer-centric mindset and have strong empathy for creators</li><li>Have familiarity with SQL and Postgres</li><li>Enjoy and have experience working at small, fast-paced startups</li><li>Thrive in ambiguity and enjoy scoping solutions with your teammates</li><li>Have some experience with design software like Figma</li><li><a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://www.rkg.blog/play.php">Play for the front of the jersey</a>, love to learn and bias toward action!</li></ul><h3>What You’d Be Working On:</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>Building products that get millions of page views a day and scaling it to billions per day</li><li>Leading frontend development with delightful UI/UX</li><li>Creating systems and seeing how all the moving pieces interact</li></ul><h3>What We Can Offer (FT):</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>Competitive salary and equity grant.
