Partner with the Creative Director, Art Director, and Growth Marketing team to concept and design digital assets for paid social, display, programmatic, and mobile campaigns, ensuring brand and performance goals align. What kind of person are we looking for? 7–9 years of professional design experience, with a strong focus on digital and performance marketing creative. Experience working in or with e-commerce, DTC, or growth-oriented brands preferred. A portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital storytelling, performance ad creative, and responsive design. Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and motion tools a plus. Strong typographic, layout, and systems-thinking skills. Hands-on experience with AI-assisted image creation and design workflows (e.g., Sora, Midjourney, Firefly, Runway) and the ability to integrate AI outputs into polished creative.
