Zyscovich values the contributions of its employees and recognizes the importance of attracting top talent to maintain a competitive edge. To incentivize current employees to refer qualified candidates, Zyscovich has implemented a Referral Bonus Program. This program is designed to reward employees who successfully refer candidates for open positions, with a focus on tech and product roles, as well as other key positions within the company.

Referral Bonus Details

Eligibility:

• All full-time employees of Zyscovich, except those involved in the hiring process for the referred position, are eligible to participate in the referral program.
• The referred candidate must be a new contact to Zyscovich and not have applied within the last 12 months.

Bonus Amounts:

Tech/Product Roles:

• Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists, UX/UI Designers:
  • Referral Bonus: $5,000
  • Payout Structure:
    • 50% after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.
    • Remaining 50% after the referred candidate completes 6 months of employment.

Other Roles:

• Sales, Marketing, Operations, Administrative:
  • Referral Bonus: $2,500
  • Payout Structure:
    • 50% after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.
    • Remaining 50% after the referred candidate completes 6 months of employment.

Process:

1. Submission: Employees must submit referrals through the official referral platform, providing relevant information about the candidate and the position they are being referred for.
2. Acknowledgment: Employees will receive an acknowledgment of the referral submission.
3. Interview Process: The referred candidate will undergo the standard interview process.
4. Notification: Employees will be notified if their referral is hired and will receive updates about the status of their bonus payout.
