Referral Bonus Details

Tech/Product Roles

For tech and product roles, such as Software Engineers, Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, and Data Scientists, we offer a competitive referral bonus to encourage qualified referrals. Here’s what you can expect:

• Bonus Amount: $5,000 per successful referral
• Payment Structure:
  • 50% paid after the referred employee completes their first 90 days.
  • Remaining 50% paid after the referred employee completes 6 months.
• Eligibility:
  • The referred candidate must not have applied to Zynex within the past 12 months.
  • The referring employee must be active at the time of payment.

Other Roles

For non-tech/product roles, such as Sales, Marketing, HR, and Administrative positions, the referral bonus structure is as follows:

• Bonus Amount: $2,500 per successful referral
• Payment Structure:
  • 50% paid after the referred employee completes their first 90 days.
  • Remaining 50% paid after the referred employee completes 6 months.
• Eligibility:
  • The referred candidate must not have applied to Zynex within the past 12 months.
  • The referring employee must be active at the time of payment.
