Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists, etc.
  • Referral Bonus: €3,000
  • Payout Structure:
    • €1,500 after the new hire completes 3 months of employment
    • €1,500 after the new hire completes 12 months of employment

Other Roles

• Operations, HR, Sales, etc.
  • Referral Bonus: €1,500
  • Payout Structure:
    • €750 after the new hire completes 3 months of employment
    • €750 after the new hire completes 12 months of employment

Eligibility and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

   • All active ZF employees can participate, except for those in HR recruiting roles.
   • Referrals must be for open and advertised positions.

2. Conditions:

   • The referred candidate must acknowledge the referrer during the application process.
   • The candidate should not have been previously employed by ZF within the last 12 months.
   • If multiple employees refer the same candidate, the bonus will be awarded to the first referrer as per the timestamp of the referral submission.

3. Bonus Payment Conditions:

   • Referral bonuses are subject to applicable taxes and deductions.
   • Payments are made through the standard payroll process.
