Eligibility and Payment Details
- Eligibility: All full-time employees are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program. Referrals must be for open positions at Zevra Therapeutics.
- Referral Process:
- Submit the candidate's resume and relevant information through the internal referral portal.
- Ensure the candidate mentions your name as the referrer during the application process.
- Bonus Payment: The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:
- 50% after the referred candidate completes their first 90 days of employment.
- 50% after the referred candidate completes six months of employment.
Terms and Conditions
- The referred candidate must not have applied or interviewed for any position at Zevra Therapeutics in the past 12 months.
