Here’s a detailed breakdown of our referral bonus structure and what you can expect when you refer someone to Zeta Tech.
Referral Bonus Structure
Tech/Product Roles
- Software Engineers (All Levels): $5,000
- Product Managers: $4,000
- Data Scientists/Analysts: $4,500
- UX/UI Designers: $3,500
Other Roles
- Sales and Marketing: $2,500
- Human Resources: $2,000
- Operations: $2,000
- Finance: $2,500
Eligibility Criteria
- The referred candidate must not have applied to Zeta Tech within the last 12 months.
- Candidates must be successfully hired and remain with the company for at least 90 days.
- The referral must be submitted through the official referral form available on our internal portal.
Payment Process
- Referral bonuses are paid out in two installments: 50% after the candidate’s first 30 days and the remaining 50% after 90 days of employment.
