  • Eligibility: The referred candidate must be hired for a full-time position and complete a 90-day probationary period.
  • Payout Schedule:
    • 50% paid after the referred candidate completes 30 days.
    • Remaining 50% paid after completing the 90-day probationary period.

Other Roles

• Research Scientists, Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs:

  • Bonus Amount: $3,000
  • Eligibility: The referred candidate must be hired for a full-time position and complete a 90-day probationary period.
  • Payout Schedule:
    • 50% paid after the referred candidate completes 30 days.
    • Remaining 50% paid after completing the 90-day probationary period.

  • Bonus Amount: $2,000
