  • Eligibility: All current employees of Zeiders are eligible to participate in the referral program. Referrals must be external candidates not already in our recruitment database.

  • Applicable Roles: While referrals for all roles are encouraged, there is a heightened focus on tech and product positions due to the competitive nature of these fields. This includes roles such as software engineers, product managers, UX/UI designers, and data analysts.

Referral Bonus Structure

The referral bonuses are structured based on the role and level of the position filled:

Tech/Product Roles

  1. Entry-Level (e.g., Junior Developer, Associate Product Manager)

    • Bonus Amount: $1,000
    • Payment Timeline: Paid out after the referred employee completes 90 days of employment.
  2. Mid-Level (e.g., Software Engineer, Product Manager)

    • Bonus Amount: $2,500
    • Payment Timeline: 50% paid after the referred employee completes 90 days of employment, and the remaining 50% after 6 months.
