Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a referral bonus, the following criteria must be met:

1. Referral Submission: The referral must be submitted through the official YPTC referral portal before the candidate applies for the position.

3. Active Employee: The employee who made the referral must be actively employed at YPTC when the bonus is paid out.

Referral bonuses are typically paid out in the first payroll cycle following the completion of the new hire’s probation period. This ensures that the
