Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

1. Software Engineer

   • Bonus Amount: $3,000
   • Eligibility: Referral bonus is paid out if the referred candidate is hired and completes 90 days of employment.

2. Product Manager

   • Bonus Amount: $3,500
   • Eligibility: Referral bonus is paid out after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.

3. Data Scientist

   • Bonus Amount: $4,000
   • Eligibility: Bonus is distributed following the successful completion of 90 days of employment by the referred candidate.

4. UX/UI Designer

   • Bonus Amount: $2,500
   • Eligibility: Referral bonus is awarded once the referred candidate has worked for 90 days.

Other Roles

1. Sales Representative

   • Bonus Amount: $2,000
   • Eligibility: The bonus is given after the referred employee completes 90 days.

2. Customer Support Specialist

   • Bonus Amount: $1,500
   • Eligibility: The bonus is payable upon the candidate’s successful completion of 90 days of employment.

3. Marketing Specialist

   • Bonus Amount: $2,000
   • Eligibility: Referral bonus is disbursed after the candidate is employed for 90 days.

General Guidelines

• Eligibility for Referrers: All full-time employees are eligible to participate in the referral program, except for those
