Tech and Product Roles

• Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists:

  • Bonus Amount: $5,000
  • Payment Structure:
    • 50% upon the referred candidate’s successful completion of 90 days.
    • Remaining 50% after six months of employment.

• UX/UI Designers, DevOps Engineers:

  • Bonus Amount: $4,000
  • Payment Structure:
    • 50% after 90 days.
    • Remaining 50% after six months.

Eligibility and Guidelines

1. Eligibility:
