Eligibility

All full-time Xactly Corp employees are eligible to participate in the referral program, with the exception of those involved in the hiring process, such as recruiters and hiring managers for the position being referred.

Referral Bonus Structure

We offer competitive referral bonuses for successful hires across various roles, with a focus on tech and product positions. The bonus amounts are as follows:

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineer: $3,000
• Product Manager: $3,500
• Data Scientist: $4,000
• UX/UI Designer: $2,500
• DevOps Engineer: $3,500

Other Roles

• Sales Executive: $2,000
• Marketing Specialist: $1,500
• Customer Support Representative: $1,000
• HR Generalist: $1,500

Bonus Payment Process

1. Submission: Employees must submit their referrals through the company's internal referral portal before the candidate applies for the position.

2. Hiring: The referred candidate must be successfully hired and complete 90 days of employment with Xactly Corp for the referring employee to be eligible for the bonus.

3. Payment: Referral bonuses will be processed and paid out in the next payroll cycle following the referred employee's completion of 90 days of employment.
