- Payment Schedule: The bonus is paid in two installments:

- 50% after the referred candidate completes their first year of employment.

- Referral Bonus: $1,500

Eligibility Criteria
- The referral bonus is applicable to full-time positions only.
- To qualify for the bonus, the referral must be submitted through the company’s official referral program portal before the candidate applies.
- The referring employee must be actively employed at Worthington Steel at the time of both bonus payments.
- Both the referring employee and the referred candidate must not be part of a hiring decision-making team for the referred position.
Additional Notes
- There is no cap on the number of referrals an employee can make, allowing for multiple bonus opportunities.
